What happens on the call
The GP reviews your questionnaire, asks questions, and may ask you to show something on camera. You leave with a clear plan — not a rushed checklist.
When video is not enough
Chest pain, severe breathlessness, stroke signs, major injury or labour need emergency care (999/112). Some examinations still need a clinic.
