We prescribe only where clinically appropriate. We never prescribe controlled drugs or medications with dependence risk, and we refer to in-person care whenever that's safer.

Online care is excellent for many concerns — and wrong for some. If you need a physical examination or urgent care, we'll tell you straight away and point you to the right service.
