30-Day Deactivation PeriodYour GPLine patient account is deactivated immediately. Personal and health-related data is permanently deleted after 30 days, unless we must retain limited records under Irish/EU law.
Data ErasureWe erase your profile details, consultation history held in your patient account, and related booking records from active systems after the retention window ends.
Service Access EndsYou will lose access to the patient portal, upcoming online GP appointments linked to this account, and historical reports in the app or website.
Access RevocationLogin access for this account is revoked. Any linked devices or sessions are signed out as part of deactivation.
Irreversible ActionAfter the 30-day period, deletion cannot be undone. You may contact support during that window if you submitted this request in error.
